This little BBQ is a great kit for camping and even for your home. You can have it sitting on the table and eat straight from the grill. The Unicera (cera = ceramic) range has ceramic plates that will reflect the heat, so you don’t need much charcoal. Have a look at the video. Jake
This is the UNICERA III.
The bottom tray is there to hold your charcoal starter material and also to catch all the ash and drops of juice from the meat.
On the top of the bottom mesh you place your heat beads. This mesh helps to create air flow
The BBQ unfolds in 6 parts
The front pieces look in the sites. Best to have a look at the manual when you are doing it the 1st time. The pictures will explain how to do it
Once all is ready you place the grill net on the top and you ready to go.
The idea is to get the fire the inside the BBQ going but I think it is just easier to get the coals ready in the Uniflame charcoal starter and chuck the in once they hot enough.
In total 6 ceramic plates that reflect your heat, so you don’t need many coals
These feet are a part of the kit. You have to assemble them when you set up your BBQ the 1st time. This will protect your table.
The airflow from underneath is important. The ceramic plates reflect the heat.
