BUNKER BAG

The handles have velcro so they stick together, and won’t flap around in the wind. The ykk zip, around three sides, is under a ‘valance’ , which protects the zip from water..

The Oztent bunker bag on the bottom, has a zip down the middle, which is exposed, and lets water in.. also the material is a bit thin, and after a while will leak water through the fabric. So the torneau material Drifta bag, with the protected zip, is much more water proof..

These small zips just don’t last. .the zip is the main part of any bag, cause if that fails, which these cheap zips do, then the bag is stuffed.

The chunky ykk zips are the best available, and just won’t fail. If they ever did, you can send the bag back and we’d sew in a new one for free..

I have put our marine carpet in the base, this helps the bag keep the shape, and also stops rubbing holes in the bottom of the bag (from the roofrack)

Our Drifta bag is larger than the standard Oztent bunker bag, and also with the 3 sided zip, much easier to fit inside..
