BBQ TONGS

Made from stainless steel, with a timber handle, and serrated ends, this is a lightweight set of BBQ tongs, perfect for use with the firepits… 410 mm long.. these are shorter than the heavy duty fire tongs 550 mm, and a lot lighter.. they would be much better for the medium firepit, as they will fit perfectly in the bag, but also we have found them to be fine for also the large firepit…  with the fire pit, you are constantly ‘playing’ with the fire, moving sticks/ wood/ coals around, and these tongs are great.. so they are designed as fire tongs, not really for food tongs.. (although if you kept them clean, you could use them for food tongs) they are quiet light, only weigh 200 grams..

this is compared to the heavy duty fire tongs, which are solid steel.. so shorter, much lighter, and being stainless steel, they won’t wear/ melt away at all…

this shows the serrated teeth, which makes it great for gripping small logs/ coals/ heat beads etc…

has a nice timber handle, made in Japan, with the snow peak logo burnt into the handle…

perfect for the medium firepit, and also great for the large firepit..
